Questions
How fast will my order arrive?
We ship from Munich within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days in Germany, 3-7 within the EU and 6-10 worldwide. You receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves us.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Europe is free. For destinations outside Europe, the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How does the free jewelry piece work?
Add a watch to your bag and pick one of five pieces in gold or silver. It shows up at €0, no code needed. You can swap it right in your bag.
Can I return my order?
You have 30 days after delivery to return unworn items in their original packaging. Write to hello@sileth.com and we'll send you the return details.
What warranty do I get?
Watches have a 2-year warranty, jewelry a lifetime warranty. If something is wrong, email us and we’ll fix it.
Can I pay later?
Yes. At checkout you can choose Klarna and pay later, or pay with PayPal or card.
Where is SILETH from?
Munich. SILETH designs its watches and jewelry here and ships every order from Munich.
Will the bracelet fit my wrist?
Yes. The steel bracelet is adjustable and the sizing tool is in the box: push out the pins, take out a link or two, done. A short guide is included. If you get stuck, email us.
