Shipping policy

 

We offer worldwide free shipping for all of our customers. This includes customs clearance as well. 

Packages are shipped from Hamburg, Germany. If your package is lost during the shipping process, we cover the cost and you will receive a full refund. Customs clearance is covered. The customer will have to contact us with a copy of the receipt to receive a full refund of the amount paid. You can track your order any time on our Tracking Page.

The processing time of your order will be about 2-5 hours on business days, but we do not send orders on weekends. Shipping times can vary, depending on where the order is sent to. This is a list of the estimated shipping times:

Shipping times:
Germany: 1-2 Business Days
EU: 2-5 Business Days
Others: 5-8 Business Days

You will receive a tracking number for your package right after it has been sent.
