Lifetime Warranty

All of our products come with a Lifetime Warranty. We stand by our quality and will honor any legitimate warranty claims. Should your item break from normal use, simply send us an email with a photo of the damaged piece, and we'll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as store credit. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds for warranty claims. This warranty covers breakage under normal wear but does not extend to damage caused by excessive wear and tear.

Upon verification of your warranty claim, you'll have the option to choose between:

(a) receiving a refund as store credit, or

(b) having a replacement item shipped to you, subject to availability.
